Homemade Stress-Relief Potpourri Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • 5 cloves
  • A sprig of fresh rosemary or 10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
  • **A small handful of cranberries optional**

Directions:

  1. Fill a medium pot ¾ the way with water. Add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Once boiling, bring to a simmer on low heat. 
  2. Simmer gently and allow the aroma to fill your home.
  3. Breathe deeply as the natural scents help calm your nervous system.
