You only need 6 ingredients:
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1/4 white onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper (optional)
- 2 small limes or one large
- pinch of salt to taste
This recipe yields about 4-5 cups (about 4 servings) and is perfect for enjoying live fresh foods!
Directions:
- Dice tomatoes, onion, Jalapeno, and cilantro and set in a serving bowl. Add lime juice and stir. Let rest for 30 minutes for best flavor.
